At Elite Properties, we believe property management should feel personal, not corporate. Serving the greater Sacramento area, we focus on building strong relationships with both owners and tenants through clear communication, flexibility, and one-on-one support. Many of our clients are longtime self-managing landlords who want expert help without the red tape or hidden costs of big companies. By keeping our portfolio intentionally small, we ensure every property is cared for as if it were our own, and every resident has direct access to a responsive, understanding manager who’s committed to making their rental experience positive and stress-free.

  • What are your business hours?

    Elite Properties operates by appointment only. We do not keep standard office hours, but we’re always just a phone call or email away to assist you.

  • How do I schedule a tour of a property?

    Scheduling a tour is easy—just send us a quick text, call, or email, and we’ll arrange a time that works best for you.

  • Do you allow pets in your rental properties?

    We love pets, but pet policies vary by owner and property. Some homes welcome pets, while others have restrictions due to past experiences. Check each listing for details.

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal. 

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.

  • How do I submit my 30-day notice?

    Scheduling a tour is easy—just send us a quick text, call, or email, and we’ll arrange a time that works best for you.

  • How is Elite Properties different from larger management companies?

    Unlike big firms, we intentionally keep our portfolio small so every owner and tenant gets personal, one-on-one service. You’ll never be passed around—owners and tenants always have direct access to their property manager.

    We specialize in smaller apartment communities, duplexes, single-family homes, condos, and vintage properties. We also manage select room rentals and small commercial office suites.
